What you get

Small change, large difference in how quotes and invoices are received.

Mailboxes on your domain

sales@, info@, accounts@ — whatever structure fits how enquiries reach you.

Delivery records set correctly

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so your mail lands in inboxes instead of spam folders.

Set up on every device

Configured on phones, laptops and desktops, so your team can send from day one.

Aliases and shared addresses

A shared info@ that reaches the right people without paying for extra mailboxes.

Spam and virus filtering

Filtering before mail reaches your team, so the inbox stays usable.

Works with your existing tools

Standard protocols, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail apps and mobile clients all work.

Why a branded address changes the reply rate

A quote from yourcompany@gmail.com and the same quote from sales@yourcompany.com are not read the same way. One looks like a side project. The other looks like a company.

  • Customers can tell at a glance that the mail is really from you
  • Staff keep their address when they change phones or laptops
  • Addresses stay with the business when people leave
  • Your domain, your website and your email all point to the same brand

Business email questions

Do I need a website to have business email?
No. You only need a domain. Plenty of businesses start with a domain and email, then add the website later.
Can I move my existing emails across?
In most cases yes, we can migrate existing mail into the new mailboxes. Tell us where your mail is now and we will confirm.
How many mailboxes should I start with?
One per person who sends mail, plus shared addresses like info@ or sales@ that forward to whoever answers. Shared aliases usually cost nothing extra.
Will it work with Outlook or the Gmail app?
Yes. The mailboxes use standard protocols, so any normal mail client on any device works.
What stops my mail going to spam?
Correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain, which we set up as part of the work.
